How long will it take for my order to ship? Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. The processing time does not include holidays or weekends. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email for you to track your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the geographic location of our facility in Atlanta GA, but typically are no more than 7 business days from when your order was scanned by the carrier.

Do you offer international shipping? Unfortunately at this time, The Pearl Haven does not offer international shipping. 

How do I change my shipping address? Please send an email within 48 hours to contact@thepearlhaven.com. If your order has not been processed/shipped we will be happy to update your shipping address. If your order is shipped prior to your address change, please contact the shipping carrier to update your address and/or reroute your package.

*Please note, The Pearl Haven is not responsible for missing packages for wrong or incorrect addresses (incorrect street name, city, state, or zip code and/or missing/incomplete apartment numbers) at check out.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed? Unfortunately, we do not allow any cancellation or changes in orders once they have been placed.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking notification within 7 business days of your purchase order please send an email to contact@thepearlhaven.com.

Delivery

My order was delivered but I cannot find it. Can you help me? This is the most common delivery issue. We have found that most of the time your package was delivered to the front office, parcel locker, neighbor, or left in the mailroom/package room. Please double check those places first. If you are still unable to locate your package, feel free to contact us at contact@thepearlhaven.com and we will be happy to help.

My order was lost by the carrier. Can you help me? Unfortunately, The Pearl Haven is not responsible for items lost due to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim for your missing items. After submitting your claim please send us an email a contact@thepearlhaven.com with your claim information so we can assist you further.
