What is your return policy? Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds at this time.

What if I tried your product and I do not like it? We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with one of our products. If a product was not the best fit for you, please contact us at contact@thepearlhaven.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our very best to help you.

Damaged Product

What if my order arrived damaged? Please send an email and attach pictures of your damaged order to contact@thepearlhaven.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will do our best to replace your order.
